Quality Standards

RAYMAR SRL is committed to developing, implementing and continuously improving the effectiveness of its Quality Management System, in line with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.

The Top Management  set up the following goals:

  1. apply the principle of system approach in identifying, understanding and meeting customer’s needs and expectations;
  2. apply all Environment, Safety & Quality Laws and Regulations, and other legal requirements that shall eventually apply;
  3. satisfy the above-mentioned requirements through the effective implementation and application of the Quality Management System in all organization's processes;
  4. periodically review the Quality Management System for continuing suitability and, when appropriate,  take apposite Corrective and Preventive Actions;
  5. communicate the philosophy guiding the Quality, including the Policy itself, both within and outside the organization;
  6. continually improving the products, processes and systems and, consequently,  the whole Quality Management System
